Seagate launches NAS HDD 8TB, the highest capacity drive for storage



Yes Guys 8TB hard disk in your pocket can be now a dream come true. Seagate has announced the launch of NAS HDD 8TB, the highest-capacity drive. It has been optimized for RAID, Network-Attached Storage (NAS) and server storage.


The Seagate NAS HDD 8TB is the largest NAS optimized drive in the industry. It includes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, & 8TB capacities that are designed to deliver up to 64TB in a single eight-bay desktop form factor.

We all know about the most successful company Seagate in the manufacturing of the storage devices. This is yet another brilliant step in terms of storage.

The Seagate NAS 8TB HDD can be used for number of NAS use cases like backup, recovery, print and file servers, multimedia storage, file sharing and virtualization. It offers 180TB/year Workload Rate Limit (WRL) and provides MTBF of 1 million hour.

The new Seagate 8TB drives will give our customers incredible capacity to handle the huge volumes of data their users are creating and sharing.”

The frives come with a three-year limited warranty period. The Seagate NAS HDD 8TB will be widely available at the end of the current quarter.
