Facebook has been quick in adapting and fixing bugs. They have been rolling out too many updates in recent past and this has been helping users to find new bugs and tricks. I was able to figure out the way to view profile picture of any user even if it is set to private using privacy settings. The trick isn’t difficult or requires any programming skill. It’s a simple URL Hack.
Requirements to apply this URL Hack
- Username of the Victim
- Some copy/Paste Skill
Process to View Private Profile Picture on Facebook
- Copy and paste the following link in your browser address bar.
http://graph.facebook.com/Username/picture?type=large
- Now replace username with actual username of the victim . You can find it by visiting the profile of victim.
Eg: if the Profile link of a user ishttps://www.facebook.com/jay.prakash.1428921then the username is jay.prakash.1428921
Suppose my Facebook username is "jay.prakash.1428921" which you can easily find in about tab of someones profile......then you have to write the code in the URL bar as http://graph.facebook.com/jay.prakash.1428921/picture?type=large just thats it and press enter...viola you have unlocked the private profile pic.
